1. All bookings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances and customers will be informed as soon as possible if this is the case.

2. Full refunds will be offered if the booking is cancelled with 48 hours notice prior to the booked session.

This doesn't apply to our laser tag parties, where our deposit is non-refundable.

3. If you cancel after this time you will not be able to receive a refund unless under extenuating circumstances. Please contact our customer services team for further information.

4. The start times for all bookings can't be changed and any late arrivals will only receive the remainder of the allocated time available and not have an extended session.

5. All participants agree to comply with any health and safety requirements for the activity they are undertaking. This includes completion of any declaration forms where necessary. You won't be able to participate unless the correct forms have been completed. Please allow enough time on arrival to fill these in so you don't miss any of your activity.

6. All participants will be briefed on how to use any equipment provided and must follow these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in you not being allowed to continue with the activity especially if this is affecting any customers or causing damage to the equipment itself.

7. All participants have to be in a fit state to undertake any activities and if any customer isn't fit to take part may be asked to leave the premises as a result.

8. All activities will endeavour to take place on the time requested, however if any specific safety issues arise, such as adverse weather conditions sessions may have to be cancelled at short notice.

9. When leaving the site you will follow all required exit routes and keep to the site speed limit at all times for safety reasons.

10. Please be respectful of the site and place any rubbish into the bins supplied so that we can maintain the site to a high standard.
